For the Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) collateral, the goal was to transform complex government-funded service information into an accessible, warm, and highly readable guide.

I designed these four-fold DL brochures from the ground up, utilizing a minimalist aesthetic to distill essential service details without overwhelming the reader. By carefully balancing negative space with structured information, the layout creates a sense of calm and accessibility, mirroring the supportive nature of the services themselves. These pieces are designed to do more than just inform—they serve as a bridge between the service provider and the community, effectively guiding families toward the next step via a clear, direct call to action on the digital enquiry page.
